Lifetime Warranty for Fairdinkum Concreters Skidz

Abtrov Pty Ltd guarantees that the Fairdinkum Concreters Skidz will be free from

Defects in Workmanship and against a wear thru hole in either knee or Boot cup

position, for the Lifetime of the Purchaser of the Product (Customer).

If a defect or Wear thru Hole becomes evident during that period, Abtrov Pty Ltd will,

at its option either.

 Replace the Product: or

 Repair the Product.

In the event of such a defect, the product should be returned to Abtrov Pty Ltd

together with proof of purchase, for Replacement or Repair.

Any Handling and Transportation (and other expenses incurred in claiming under this

guarantee) are not covered by this guarantee and will not be borne by Abtrov.

The Obligation of Abtrov Pty Ltd under this guarantee is limited to the circumstances

set out above and is subject to:

 The product not having been altered Tampered with or otherwise dealt with by

any person in a manner other than as intended in respect of the relevant

Product; and

 The product not having been used in a manner that is contrary to customary

usage.
